1. Responsible for the processing of data

The entity responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data is CARBOSPORTS S.L.U., (hereinafter CARBOSPORTS) with VAT ID number N0288471F and registered offices at Carrer Pau Casals, 10, pis 3, despatx 94, AD500 Andorra la Vella ( Principality of Andorra).

2. Purpose of data processing

CARBOSPORTS informs you that the personal data you voluntarily provide us through the different means available for this purpose will be processed for the following purposes:

- To identify you and to be able to contact you.

- To manage your attendance at the events for which you have signed up.

- To learn your opinion and conduct surveys.

- When authorized by you, to send you information about products or CARBOSPORTS information of a commercial nature.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent and, where appropriate, the contractual relationship that binds you to CARBOSPORTS.

Likewise, we inform you of your right to file a claim with the Data Protection Agency of Andorra.
